In the area of building a swimming pool our company is able to provide a turnkey service which begins with planning the area and fulfilling the required bureaucratic paper works up to taking care of any single working phase, from excavations to finishing, walkways, lighting, furnishing.

After an initial meeting an free of charge inspection, we will lay down a very details estimate with attached the graphic works of the drat design, after the estimated had been accepted and signed, we will go ahead and fulfill the required regional and municipal bureaucratic paper works, together with some specialised technician that will considerably reduce the wait for the authorizations, with regards to any single citizen request. Having obtained the authorizations, we will begin the works: excavations, concrete casts (if required), pool building, finishing, preparation and arrangement of the area surrounding the pool (if required), field tests, maintenance on regular or on call basis.

Our TURNKEY service includes:

initial meeting and analysis of customer requirements and desires
free of charge inspection of the outside area where the new swimming pool will be created
analysis of a detailed estimate with project's graphic works attached
request for authorizations required by law, through a partnership with specialised technicians (reduction of bureaucratic times)
excavations and required construction works
pool laying
installation of recirculation and filtering systems
internal cladding
various accessories (entrances, ladders, showers, fountains, etc.)
laying the lighting system
preparation and completion of the surrounding area (swimming pool edge, stairs, stone walls, squares etc.) with selected finishing
assembly and creation of outside furnishing (pergolas, gazebos, decking, etc.) if required
preparation of the surrounding garden with plants, trees, shrubs-if required

Since we have internal workers able to follow each construction stage of the pool (or of the garden with pool) we are able to create rapidly and with great professionalism and experience complete areas, in harmony with the surrounding landscape, efficient from the energy and ecological viewpoint, already having lighting and furnishing (if required) and perfectly integrated in the environment they are places.
